So I lost the $45 and he then admitted when I called him over that he was wrong and would not remedy the situation in any way. The act of throwing a lesser denomination is in fact a call. The boss barely listened and said I win the pot and the other player does not owe the $45. The dealer stated that yes in fact he did call and called the boss over. I showed my hand and he mucked and then said he did not call. After I bet the other player in the hand threw in $5. I was in a hand and on the river I bet $45 in to a $100 pot or so. Now both of these things could probably be over looked but then came the larger issue. Then at the poker table a dealer managed to misdeal three straight hands and again was nice but not prepared for live poker action. The greeting employee did not seem to know what he was doing although friendly. Playing 1-3 NL poker I sat down in a nice enough room but the check in process was very labored and time consuming. The dealers are not ready to go and the pit bosses have no idea what they are doing in regards to making the right decisions regarding table play and rules. This place is not ready for the efficiency and effectiveness of running a casino.
